Take Deposit from the Appointment Details
🖥️ Desktop:
To take a deposit manually from the appointment details using the desktop version:
- Select any existing appointment
- Hover over < Take Payment > and select < Take Deposit >
- Select payment method
- Input deposit amount in the payment amount box
- Select < Charge $XX >
Once the payment has been complete you will see the appointment set to confirmed and partial paid.
📱 App:
To take a deposit manually from the appointment details using the app version:
- Select any existing appointment
- Select < Take Payment > and choose < Take Deposit > from the pop up
- Select the payment method
- Input the deposit amount
- Select < Charge $XX >
Once the payment has been complete you will see the appointment set to confirmed and partial paid.
Take Deposit through Online Booking
You can also establish prepayment as a prerequisite for online bookings. This ensures you capture payment before appointments, offering a perfect solution to significantly reduce no-shows, enhance cash flows, and automate the payment process seamlessly.
