Charge no-show fee

🖥️ Desktop:

To charge a no-show fee on the desktop:

  1. Go to Client profile > Bookings > Cancelled
  2. For a canceled appointment, click the icon beside it
  3. Select < Charge no-show fee >
  4. Type in the no-show fee amount, select < Charge >, and finish the following process to take payment.

📱App:

To charge a no-show fee on the app:

  1. Go to client profile > appointments
  2. Select the three dots on the top right-hand of the screen and < check the cancelled box > to ensure cancelled history appointments appear
  3. Select the appropriate appointment
  4. For a canceled appointment, click the icon beside it
  5. Select < Charge no-show fee > and < yes > to the prompt.
  6. Type in the no-show fee amount, select < Charge >, and finish the following process to take payment.

Three ways to get signature and credit card info from clients

There are several ways to send a cancelation policy to clients so they can sign it and provide credit card info.

1️⃣ Send through online booking

During online booking, you can ask clients to provide credit card info and sign your cancellation policy.

Just like online booking, you can also include a cancellation policy in your intake form.

3️⃣ Gather credit card info manually

You may also get clients' credit card info manually and save them to clients' profiles.

🖥️ Desktop:

To manually collect card on file on the desktop you can do so by going to clients & pets > select client profile > credit cards > + add card > input card info > add.

📱App:

To manually collect the card on file on the app you can do so by going to clients & pets > select client profile > card on file > add manually > input card info > add.

After collecting client card details and having clients sign an agreement that includes a no-show and cancellation policy, you'll have the ability to charge them in the event of a no-show.
