Protect against no-shows with a customized cancellation policy. You can require clients to add their payment cards when requesting an appointment with you online. If your client doesn’t show up or cancels outside of your cancellation window, you can choose to enforce your cancellation policy.

How to turn on no-show protection

  1. Go to Online booking on the side menu bar
  2. Click <Setting>
  3. Click <Payment>
  4. Click the <toggle> to turn on no-show protection
