To share a link with clients of their upcoming appointments using the desktop, you can:

  • Navigate to < Clients & pets >
  • Select the client profile > Bookings
  • Select < Share upcoming bookings >
  • Choose to < Send by message > or < Send by email >
    • < Send by message > will take you to the message center > send
  • Select < confirm >

📱App

To share a link with clients of their upcoming appointments using the app, you can:

  • Navigate to < Clients & pets >
  • Select < Share Upcoming Appointments >
  • Specify which appointments should be sent, you can choose appointments based on:
    • Appointment status
    • Appointment range
    • Select manually
  • Select < Preview > to preview the list
  • Select < Share >
