MoeGo - Review booster

The Review Booster is a powerful tool in MoeGo designed to encourage your clients to leave reviews for your services.

How MoeGo Review Booster Works

This feature not only helps you gather valuable feedback but also boosts your online presence by directing satisfied clients to review platforms like Yelp or Facebook.

Step 1: Initial Message

The Review Booster sends an initial message to your client, prompting them to leave a review. This message is customizable, allowing you to tailor it to your brand’s tone and voice.

Step 2: Response-Based Trigger

The follow-up message is only triggered if your client responds directly to the initial Review Booster message. When there are other messages/relies in the middle of the conversation, it may not be triggered.

Importantly, this response must be received within 24 hours after the first message is sent for the follow-up to be activated.

Step 3: Automatic Follow-Up

What makes the Review Booster unique is its ability to send a follow-up message automatically based on your client's response.

If your client replies positive number (you can define what is a positive number), it will send them a message (you can customize that too!) to ask them to post on social media.

If your client replies negative number, we will send them a message (you can customize it with your own language) so that you can have another chance to communicate with your client.

How to set up review booster

  1. Click on <Review booster> on the left side menu
  2. Click the <Edit> icon to customize your message. Make sure to include the tag 🙁1-2-3-4-5 😍 in the message.
  3. Customize your reply for positive feedback.
    Fill in your business link of Yelp/Facebook/Google
    Tap on the tags to insert them into the message box
  4. Customize your reply for negative feedback

How to send a review push message

You can access the <Ask Review> button from

  1. After you successfully charged your client (on the App only)
  2. Appointment detail page (The appointment has to be finished and paid)
  3. Client profile
