Setting up and managing your Boarding and Daycare services has never been easier. Our comprehensive settings are designed to give you full control over every aspect of your services. With our intuitive interface, you can customize your Boarding & Daycare module to align with your business goals and optimize your operations.

Boarding & Daycare Booking flow

Streamline your booking process with our versatile options designed to accommodate different client preferences.

1.Manual Booking

Manually input booking details, ensuring all client requirements are accurately captured.

Step 1: 3 ways to add new appointments

  • From the + button on top: Click the "+" button located at the top of your screen.
  • From the calendar view: Navigate to the calendar, select the desired date and time, and add a new appointment.
  • From the lodgings view: Use the lodgings view to schedule a booking directly based on room availability.

Step 2: Select client & pet, service type, and service

There are three service types to book: Boarding, daycare, and grooming.

*Evaluation Requirement: If an evaluation is required for boarding or daycare, the pet must first complete an evaluation appointment before proceeding with booking the full service.

Step 3: Input service details: date & time & lodging room & Feeding & Medications.

  • Lodging is not required for daycare service.

( Optional ) Add other service types

You can seamlessly add grooming services to a daycare or boarding booking for clients who want a comprehensive care package.

Note that you may not be able to add boarding & daycare service directly from a grooming appointment.

For walk-in clients, speed up check-in with an efficient drop-off experience!

Quickly check-in by clicking on < Daycare quick check in> check in selecting service & pet.

1.Daily Routine

Monitor and manage the daily activities of each pet, ensuring their routine is followed meticulously.

Appointment tasks

Easily manage feeding schedules, medication needed, and pet belongings through the appointment details. This ensures that each pet's specific needs are met on time.

Daily report card

Send the daily report card directly to the pet owner via SMS, ensuring timely updates and enhanced client satisfaction. Fill in card details:

  • Select the date of the report
  • Upload photo / video of the day: give pet owners a visual update on their pet’s activities.
  • Add pet status / Mood
  • Make additional note
  • Decide theme color
  • Save as draft

2.Home Agenda

Stay on top of your tasks with the Home Agenda, which provides a comprehensive view of daily activities, appointments, and important reminders.

Check pet status

Expected pets: View a list of pets expected to arrive on the current day, and check in pets with one click.

In-store pets: Monitor checked-in pets currently in your care with details.

Going home today: Identify checked-in pets that are on the last day of their stay.

Finished pets: Review pets that have finished their services and are fully paid.

View weekly summary

Click on < View service summary > to see insights into business performance:

  • Counted by appointment number
  • Counted by pet number

Printed Cards

Review settings to customize the information displayed on various printed cards to suit your business needs:

  • Appointment card: Includes details on scheduled services and client information.
  • Stay Card: Offers a summary of the pet’s lodging arrangements and care schedule.
  • Activity Card: Provides a detailed overview of the pet's daily activities, feeding, and medication.

3.Lodgings View

Get a detailed overview of all lodgings, including occupancy status and upcoming bookings. This feature helps you manage space effectively and avoid overbooking.

Lodging details

  • By lodging status: View the current status of each lodging, including which rooms are occupied, vacant, or reserved.
  • By lodging types: Organize lodgings for better space management and client customization.
  • By week frequency: Review occupancy trends and bookings on a weekly basis to anticipate and manage high-demand periods.

You can drag the appointments on the lodging view to reschedule them. You can even extend or shorten the boarding duration by simply pulling the bar.
