Memberships enable automatic client billing based on your chosen billing cycle.

Create Memberships
Customize your membership program.
Step 1: Navigate to Loyalty > Memberships > Add membership
Step 2: Fill in memberships details
- Membership name
- Description
- Status
- Set up price: Subscription price, Tax and Billing cycle
- Terms & Policy
Save Your Membership to make it available for sale.
Sell Membership via the button on the top
Step 1: Click on "+" on the top to < Sell membership >
Step 2: Choose < Business > to sell to
Step 3: Choose client & membership
Step 4: Choose a cards to check out
You can either enter a new card number or select an existing card on file.
The sale date will be the start date of each billing cycle.
Note: all cards added will be authenticated through a $0.50 pre-auth (immediately dropped), guaranteeing the cards are valid! New cards will be saved to the client's profile for future use.
Sell Membership via message text
Step 1: Go to message center to find the "membership" widget, then send the link to your client
Step 2: The client opens the page to pay for membership
- Review the membership details
- Add a card on file or select the card on file to pay
- Accept the terms and conditions
- Confirm payment
Sell Membership via the online booking link
Option 1: Go to online booking > settings > overview to copy the link. Then, send the link to your clients, who can select a membership and purchase it.
Option 2: The client can go to your online booking site > click on the membership option to select a membership and make a purchase
Membership sales history
Once a client becomes a member, a gold badge will appear next to their name.
To review membership details, navigate to the client’s profile and select Membership.
Here, you can also choose to < Cancel Membership > if needed.
