Tailor your boarding and daycare services to align with your business operations seamlessly. This guide will walk you through setting up services, pricing rules, and custom fees to enhance efficiency and flexibility.

Setting up your boarding services is a breeze with our step-by-step guide: Navigate to Settings > Service.
Boarding Service
Step 1: Set Up Boarding Categories
- Add new Category: Group similar services.
- Sort Category: Prioritize services by dragging and dropping based on importance.
- Remove Category: Keep your offerings relevant.
Step 2: Add a new Boarding Service
Click < Add New Boarding Service >.
Configure the following details:
- Service name
- Category
- Description: Visible to clients during online booking.
- Status: Control visibility (inactive services will not appear in the booking).
- Image: Displayed on the client’s booking page.
- Color code: Helps differentiate services in the lodging view.
- Lodgings: Specify eligible lodgings.
- Business: For multi-location businesses, assign services to specific locations.
- Price & Tax (Override by business): Set prices per night, with the flexibility to override based on each business's unique requirements.
- Pet details
- Pet type & breed & weight range: Define eligibility criteria.
- Pet codes: Set up eligible and blocked pet codes to restrict bookings accordingly.
Step 3: Manage Boarding Services
Use the < 3 dots > on categories to rearrange services.
Use the < 3 dots > on services to edit, duplicate, or delete as needed.
Daycare Service
Follow the same steps as Boarding Services with additional daycare-specific features:
Step 1: Set Up Daycare Category
- Add new Category
- Sort Category
- Remove Category
Step 2: Add a new Daycare Service
Click < Add new daycare service>.
Configure the following details:
- Service name
- Category
- Description: Clients can see when booking online.
- Status: Control the visibility of each service; inactive services will not appear during booking.
- Image: This will show on the customer side when they book online.
- Color code: Assign a color code for quick reference in the lodging view.
- Lodgings: Define which lodgings are eligible for the service.
- Business: For a multi-location business, select the specific location where the service will be available.
- Price & Tax (Override by business): Set prices and tax, with the flexibility to override based on each business's unique requirements.
- Pet details
- Pet type & breed & weight range: Specify the types of pets the service is suitable for.
- Pet codes: Set up eligible pet codes or blocked pet codes. Pets with blocked pet codes will not be able to book for the service.
- Max stay duration: Receive notifications if the stay exceeds the set duration (minimum 30 minutes, use
.5for half-hour increments.) - Service auto-rollover: Automatically transition pets to another service after a set duration.
- Auto-rollover time: Specify rollover timing after max stay duration.
- Roll over to the following service: Select the next service from a drop-down menu.
- Conditions: Auto-rollover applies only if the appointment is checked in, counting from check-in time.
Step 3: Manage Daycare Service
Use the < 3 dots > to organize services within each category, ensuring quick access to the most commonly used options.
Easily edit, duplicate, or delete daycare services using the < 3 dots >, keeping your service offerings current and relevant.
Pricing Rules
Pricing rules allow dynamic adjustments based on pet count, length of stay, seasonal demand, and more. These rules help implement flexible pricing structures to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Set up dynamic pricing adjustments based on multiple factors:

To configure, navigate to Settings > Service > Pricing Rules and select the desired rule type to create or adjust your pricing structure.
Multiple Pets
Apply a discount for multiple pets from the same household.
Click < Add new rule> to create new rules:
- Rule name
- Applicable services: Boarding and daycare service.
- Status
- Applicable to: Apply discount per pet or additional pet
- Same lodging: Specify whether pets must share lodging.
- Configuration:
- For example, a $5 discount for two or more pets, a $10 discount for three or more pets.
Multiple nights/days
Apply a discount for extended stays. This rule is applicable to boarding services only.
Click < Add new rule> to create new rules:
- Rule name
- Applicable services
- Status
- Rule configuration: Apply a price reduction for pets staying over a certain number of consecutive nights.
- For example, a $5 discount for three or more nights, a $10 discount for five or more nights.
Discount pricing settings
Determine how discounts apply when multiple rules are in place.

Only apply the rule with the best discount: Automatically selects the most beneficial discount
Apply all rules in sequence: Allows stacking of multiple discounts.
Peak dates
Apply surcharges for high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).
Click < Add new rule> to create new rules:
- Pick dates name
- Applicable service: Select specific boarding and daycare services.
- Status
- Applicable date(s): decide the date range when to apply this surcharge.
- Surcharge amount
Late pick-up/early drop-off
Apply additional charges for off-hours pickups or drop-offs.
Click < Add new rule > to create new rules:
- Rule name
- Business
- Applicable care types
- Status
- Applicable to: Charge per appointment or per pet
- Condition: Late pick-up or early drop-off
- Time definition: Based on business hours or custom times
- Surcharge and tax
Exceed 24-hour period
Charge an additional fee when a pet's stay exceeds 24 hours. This pricing rule is applicable to boarding services only.
💡Note: This fee is a one-time charge for each pet and will appear as a line item on the invoice.
- For example, a pet staying from Monday 10 AM to Wednesday 10 AM is charged $150 ($50 per 24 hours). If the pet stays beyond this period, additional charges apply.
When setting up the pricing rule for Exceed 24-hour period:
- Status
- Fee name: This will be shown as a line item on the invoice
- Amount & Tax
Custom fees
Set up extra charges, either manual or automatic.
Click < Add new rule > to create new rules:
