Vary Pricing by Zones helps mobile grooming businesses set different service prices based on service areas or zip codes.
This feature is perfect for franchises or businesses that serve a wide range of neighborhoods, allowing you to charge higher prices in certain areas while keeping others consistent.
🌟 This feature is available to Growth and Ultimate plans.
How Price By Zone Works
When the scheduler creates new appointments for clients with address info saved, or a pet parent enters their address or zip code during online booking, MoeGo checks your pricing rules and adjusts the displayed service price automatically.
Example: You can add a 10% surcharge in high-value areas or a flat $50 fee in certain zip codes — all automatically applied during booking or checkout.
Under the hood:
- Pricing rules are configured per location (franchise level)
- Rules stack on top of your existing price logic (e.g. membership discounts, seasonal pricing)
- Custom service prices for specific pets override zone pricing
Note:
- Currently available to Mobile Grooming businesses only
- Pet-customized prices override zone rules
- Price hidden on booking landing page; shown only after zip code input
Set Up Pricing Rule By Zone
- Go to Desktop > Settings.
- Open Services > Pricing Rules > Zones.
- Choose whether to set rules by Service Area or Zip Code.
- Select the Services and Add-ons you want to include.
- Define your surcharge amount — either a flat $ value or a percentage (%).
- (Optional) Keep round to integer enabled for clean price display.
- Click Save — and you’re done!

Once saved, these pricing rules will instantly apply across your online booking, manual scheduling, and checkout workflows.
