MoeGo Package (Beta) - Enhance Customer Loyalty
Packages are a great way to encourage repeat business, and you can now create, sell, and manage service packages directly within MoeGo! By offering bundled services at a discounted rate, you give your clients a reason to come back regularly, building stronger relationships and loyalty.
Packages also allow you to receive payment upfront, improving your cash flow. Clients are more likely to commit to a package, giving you a predictable income stream and better financial stability.
It is now in Beta, and we are happy to help you get access to it. 🤩 Available for Growth and Ultimate plans. For questions or beta enrollment, please contact your Account Manager or reach out to the MoeGo Support.
In the meantime, let's learn more about the MoeGo Package now:
Create Package
Step 1: Navigate to Loyalty > Package > Add package
Step 2: Fill in package details
- Package name
- Description
- Status
- Price & Tax
Step 3: Manage package items
- Package items: service / add-on
- Quantity & Unit price
Step 4: Set up package Validity
- Package expiry will start from the sale date.
- Once expired, the service/add-on in the sold package is not applicable.
Step 5: Edit / delete package
Sell Package
Step 1: Click on "+" on the top to < Sell packages >
Step 2: Choose < Business > to sell
Step 3: Choose client & package
Step 4: Choose payment method and check out
Package sales history
The package feature also makes it easy for you to keep track of the client's remaining services.
Step 1: Go to package > sales history
Step 2: Check the sales status and invoice
Step 3: Click on the client's name to check the sold package
Once you have sold the package to the client, it will be displayed in the client's profile with details of the usage. Go to client profiles > packages to see package details:
- Sale details
- Included items
- Redeemed history
Apply Package At Checkout
Instead of booking and billing for each service separately, you can offer your clients a package deal, making transactions quicker and easier.
Once your client has the appointment booked and the appointment has the same service that matches the service in the purchased package, you will see the option to use the package in the invoice for the appointment.
Find an appointment > go to appointment details > take payment > Click on < Use package > on the invoice to apply available services in the sold package.
Client Purchase Package Online (MoeGo Pay 🌟)
The self-service purchase option is available exclusively to MoeGo Pay users. If you haven’t set up MoeGo Pay yet, click here for a step-by-step guide on how to get started.
Enabling Package Purchases for Online Booking
To make your packages available for online purchase:
- Navigate to Package Details.
- Enable the < Enable package purchase for Online Booking > option.
Once activated, clients will be able to view and purchase your packages from their end via different methods.
💡 Note: Only packages enabled for online booking will show in the purchase list.
Ways Clients Can Purchase Packages
Via Online Booking Landing Page
- Clients can visit your Online Booking Landing Page, click on the Package Banner, and proceed with their purchase.
Via Direct Package Link
- Businesses can get a direct package link by going to Online Booking > Settings > Overview > Link Tools > Package Link.
- Copy the link and share it via email, SMS, social media, or any preferred communication method.
- Clients can use this link to access and purchase packages directly.
Via Client Online Booking Profiles
- Clients can log in to their Online Booking Profile to view their package history.
- From there, they will see the "Purchase Package" option to buy additional packages.
Package Purchase Process
Step 1: Log in as an existing client or create a new account.
Step 2: Select the desired package.
Step 3: Review and confirm package details before completing payment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I pass the processing fees on to clients for the package sales?
A: Yes. You can pass the processing fees to clients for packages the same as other sales in MoeGo. For more details, check MoeGo Processing Fee by Client - Add Surcharges Easily for Credit Card Payments.
Q: Can my clients purchase packages on their own if I am not a MoeGo Pay user?
A: No. The self-service purchase option is available exclusively to MoeGo Pay users. But you can still sell packages from the business end to clients.
