Client tags let you group and label clients for easier identification. Use tags to quickly filter, find, and manage clients, helping you stay organized and work more efficiently.

Manage Client Tags

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select the Customers & Pets section.
  3. In the left menu, click Client Tags.

To add a new client tag:

  1. Click Add New Client Tag.
  2. Enter the desired tag name.
  3. Select it from the dropdown to confirm.
  4. Click Save to finish.

To edit or delete an existing tag:

  • Click Edit next to the tag to update its name.
  • Click Delete next to the tag to remove it.

Add a client tag in a client profile

  1. Go to the Clients & Pets list.
  2. Search for the client and open their profile.
  3. In the Tags section, choose the desired tag from the dropdown to add it.

You can also add a tag to multiple clients at once.

  • Go to the Clients & Pets list.
  • Select the clients you want to tag:
    • Use filters to narrow down a group, then select all, or
    • Manually check individual clients one by one.
  • Click Bulk Edit, then choose the tag you want to add.
  • The selected clients will now share that tag.

Use Client tag

You can use client tags to quickly filter and reach specific groups of clients.

  1. Go to the Clients & Pets list.
  2. Apply the Client Tag filter and select the desired tag.
  3. The list will display only clients with that tag.
  4. From here, you can select all filtered clients and click Send to send a mass email or text, depending on your needs.

  1. Go to Settings from the left-side main menu.
  2. Tap Clients & Pets.
  3. Under the Clients section, tap Client Tags.
  • Tap Add in the top-right corner to create a new tag.
  • Tap an existing tag to edit or delete it.

Add a client tag in a client profile

  1. Add a Client Tag in a Client Profile
  2. Go to the Clients & Pets list.
  3. Search for the client and open their profile.
  4. In the Tags section:
    • Select an existing tag to add or edit.
    • Or scroll down to create a new tag and attach it directly to this client.

Use Client Tags

  1. Tap the filter icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select By Tags to filter clients by tag.
