MoeGo Memberships - Drive Client Loyalty

This feature is available for MoeGo Pay users under the Boarding & Daycare Modules.

Create Memberships

Customize your membership program.

Step 1: Navigate to Loyalty > Memberships > Add membership

Step 2: Fill in memberships details

  • Membership name
  • Description
  • Status
  • Set up price: Subscription price, Tax and Billing cycle
  • Terms & Policy

Save Your Membership to make it available for sale.

Sell Membership via the button on the top

Step 1: Click on "+" on the top to < Sell membership >

Step 2: Choose < Business > to sell to

Step 3: Choose client & membership

Step 4: Choose a cards to check out

You can either enter a new card number or select an existing card on file.

The sale date will be the start date of each billing cycle.

Note: all cards added will be authenticated through a $0.50 pre-auth (immediately dropped), guaranteeing the cards are valid! New cards will be saved to the client's profile for future use.

Step 2: The client opens the page to pay for membership

  • Review the membership details
  • Add a card on file or select the card on file to pay
  • Accept the terms and conditions
  • Confirm payment

Option 2: The client can go to your online booking site > click on the membership option to select a membership and make a purchase

Membership sales history

Once a client becomes a member, a gold badge will appear next to their name.

To review membership details, navigate to the client’s profile and select Membership.

Here, you can also choose to < Cancel Membership > if needed.
