Charge Now (App)

  1. Go to appointment details > Take Payment > Charge now
  2. Review invoice details
  3. Select Payment Method
  4. Confirm and Charge
  5. Mark the appointment as finished

Take Deposit (App)

  1. Go to appointment details > Take Payment > Take Deposit
  2. Select a payment method
  3. Input deposit amount
  4. Confirm and charge

Split Payments (App)

  • Go to appointment details > Take Payment > Charge now.
  • Select the first payment method and input the payment amount to charge, checking the total amount due.
  • Based on "Left to pay", select the second payment method and input the payment amount to charge.
  • Add more payment methods if needed.
  • When the total amount due is 0, you can complete the invoice to finalize it or review the invoice item to charge more.

*When processing the cash portion, make sure to adjust the payment amount. The cashed tendered field is exclusively for calculating change and does not affect the cash amount received. 💡Please note: The cash tendered field does not indicate the partial amount you receive.

Edit Service & Add-on (App)

  • Go to appointment details > Take Payment > Charge now.
  • Click on < Add more items> including services and add-ons.
  • Click on the items to see the < Remove > widget and remove.

Edit Service Staff/Price (App)

  • Go to appointment details > Take Payment > Charge now.
  • Click on the items to < Edit > and update service price or staff.

Edit Service Charges (App)

  • Go to appointment details > Take Payment > Charge now.
  • Click on < Add service charge> to select more and add.
  • Click on the delete widget to remove the service charge added.

Edit/Add Tips (App)

  • Go to appointment details > Take Payment > Charge now.
  • Click on < Add tips> to select more and add.

Apply discounts (App)

  • Go to appointment details > Take Payment > Charge now.
  • Click on discount to see available discount codes or add a one-time discount.

Add Convenience Fees (App)

  • Go to Settings > MoeGo Pay > Enable "Credit card processing fee paid by clients": Visit MoeGo Processing Fee by Client for more details.
  • When selecting credit/debit cards as payment method, it will automatically add the convenience fees to the invoice.
  • You can manually remove the convenience fee by clicking on the checkbox if have access to do it (under role settings).

Add Payment Description (App)

  • Go to appointment details> Take Payment > Charge now.
  • Add payment description before the charge.
