The Home View is an essential tool for efficiently managing daily operations, keeping your team organized, and ensuring that your pets receive the best care. With its intuitive layout and task management features, it helps you provide a seamless experience for both your clients and staff.
Check pet status
The Home View is divided into four tabs based on the pet's current status. This allows you to easily track the progress of pets and ensure that no task is overlooked.
Expected pets
View a list of pets expected to arrive on the current day, streamlining the intake process and ensuring a smooth transition for clients and pets.
- Quickly check in pets with just one click,
- Click on "3 dots" to take payment/deposit, or cancel the appointment.

In-store pets
Track pets that are currently in your care. This helps your team stay on top of daily responsibilities.
- View detailed information about each pet, such as their services, special needs, and feeding/medication requirements.
- Go to "3 dots" to < Book again> or print cards.

For Today’s Appointments: Pets will only move from the “expected” tab to the “in-house” tab after they are checked in.
Example: If a pet has an appt for today but hasn’t been checked in yet, it will remain in the “expected” tab. Once checked in, it will be moved to the “in-house” tab.
For Future Appointments: When viewing future dates, the system will show pets as “in-store” if their appt includes that specific day.
Example: If you’re viewing the pet scheduled for October 10th, a pet with a reservation from October 9th to October 11th will appear as “in-store” on October 10th, regardless of checking in or not.
