How to Submit an Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account from MoeGo, please follow the steps below to submit an account deletion request:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
  2. Select the main reason for deleting your account to help us improve (e.g. Too busy to learn, cutting on expenses, business closure, etc.)
  3. Click < Delete account > to proceed with submitting the deletion request.

What Will Happen After Submission

It takes up to 5 business days for our support team to review your request. An email will be sent from support@moego.pet to your email registered with MoeGo, to confirm the deletion or to request for additional information. The deletion process will take up to 15 days and you will be signed out from the MoeGo app.
