Mobile Grooming
For mobile grooming businesses, you can customize what address information appears on your calendar:
- Client location: Choose to display the client’s specific address or the service area they belong to (as defined under Settings > Business > Service Area).
- Staff service area: You can also display each staff member’s assigned service area for each weekday directly on the calendar.
In the example below:
- The appointment shows the client’s service area.
- For staff member Lily, the assigned service area on Thursday is Koreatown, displayed directly below her name.
Calendar View Time
You can adjust the Calendar view time to match your business hours.
For example, if your business operates from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, set your calendar’s start and end times accordingly. This way, the calendar will only display your working hours and hide times outside that range.
Calendar Zoom Level & Weekly Zoom Size
You can adjust the calendar zoom to control how much detail is displayed.
- Calendar Zoom Level: Choose your preferred zoom level — Standard, Large, or Extra Large. This helps you see more details on each ticket.
- Weekly View Zoom Size: This setting applies only to the Weekly view. You can choose between Standard or Compact.
After making your selection, click Save to apply the changes.
Color code type
You can customize how colors are displayed on your Appointment Cards.
- Display by: Choose whether the appointment card color is based on Service, Staff, or Appointment.
- Style: Choose to show the color as a Stripe or as the Background of the card.
🌟 Tips for appointment card color:
- By default, the color code is set to Appointment color.
- Service color: Go to Settings > Services > Edit Service to assign a color to each service item.
- If you select Service color and a ticket includes multiple services, only the color of the first service will be applied.
- Staff color: Go to Settings > Staff, open a staff profile, and select a color code.
- Appointment color: By default, appointments appear in black. You can assign a client color code, and once applied, the appointment will display using that client’s color.
Multi-staff settings
These settings are not directly tied to the calendar view. Instead, they control how information is displayed when multiple staff are assigned to the same service:
- Split service price & commission: Choose how the price and commission are shown when a service is shared between staff.
- Auto-memorize work pattern: When enabled, once you save a multi-staff setup for one appointment, the same setup will automatically pre-fill for the next appointment.
