Smart Scheduling aims to assist you in finding an available time slot for an appointment, so that the new appointment is always close enough to an existing one, enhancing the efficiency of your scheduling.
1. Set up Smart Scheduling
1) Setting up Smart Scheduling on desktop
Go to Setting > Smart scheduling. You can set up the maximum driving distance & time between appointments and enter your starting and ending addresses.
*If you do not set up a starting address. The system would allow the first appointment to start anywhere inside your service area.

2) Setting up Smart Scheduling on MoeGo App
Go to < Settings >, scroll down, and click <Smart scheduling>. You can set up the maximum driving distance & time between appointments and enter your starting and ending addresses.
*If you do not set up a starting address. The system would allow the first appointment to start anywhere inside your service area.

3) Setting up Smart Scheduling for multiple vans
For MeoGo users with the Growth Plan and Ultimate Plan, you can set up multiple driving rules and start/end locations for different vans.
On either the desktop or mobile version, click on < Add driving rules > or < Add start and end location >.

Once you have added the rules and locations:
Click on <Edit> by the rule on the desktop or click on the rule on the mobile version.
Select < Edit > to assign vans to each rule.

2. Use Smart Scheduling to schedule appointments
1)Use Smart Scheduling when booking an appointment on desktop
For new clients, click <Smart scheduling> by the calendar.

For existing clients, click Create > New appointment

After selecting the client, pet, and service, click on < Smart scheduling> to find the best slot.

2) Use Smart Scheduling when booking an appointment on MoeGo App
For new clients, click the '➕' sign on the top of your calendar and select <Smart scheduling>.

For existing clients, click on < New appointment>.
After selecting the client, pet, and service, use Add service time> Smart scheduling to find the best slot.

3)Use Smart Scheduling for Online Booking on desktop
If you use Online Booking, you can turn on Smart Scheduling for Online Booking in Online Booking> Settings > Mobile grooming. By turning on Smart Scheduling, your clients can book the slots if the maximum driving distance or time between the appointments before and after are within your settings.
